Today, I want to share about what have I readed and learnt
about The Power Of Mind Building..
First Step, you need to have a discipline..It
meant, when you look at anyone, heard something, touch something and talk about
something, be focus to the only positive things. This all are the basic way to
build the positive thought, then as a return, you will attract the positive
thing to approach you.
Second step..practice the meditation for
everyday..For first time, practice it as long 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then
up to 20 minutes and practice it until as long as 30 minutes for everyday. By
meditation, you would be able to control your minds, emotion and wave of mind,
then as a return, it would be given the calmness to your soul.
Third step..willing to avoid from the condition
of physical and mental stressed condition. To practice the power of mind, you
need to be in the calm of emotions, calm surroundings, and calm of mind also,
as long as the water in the river streaming. Be relax, don`t make it too
hustle. The power of mind would increased when we are approached to the
calmness, J
